Our founders, Mr. Cheung and Mr. Wong, began their culinary experience 35 years ago in Hong Kong where the traditional Cantonese cuisine specialty is in eclectic seafood made from the finest ingredients and spices native to southern China.
At Rice, we offer the highest quality of sushi, sashimi, as well as a wide variety of special rolls. Our Chinese dishes feature tasty and complex combinations of flavor using minimal salt, fresh vegetables, the finest proteins and tried and true Chinese spices.
As we enter our second generation, our vision is to provide a relaxing family style dining experience where Cantonese culinary aesthetics are showcased in a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
